This refurbishment property required a full strip-back to brick, followed by new stud walls, insulation, boarding, and plaster boarding throughout.

It includes a complete rewire, new plumbing, boiler installation, and adding a downstairs toilet. 

The property had the chimney stack removed and gallow brackets fitted, new window reveals and the old windows and front door replacing.

 A single rear extension under permitted development to create a large open plan kitchen. This required mini piling to protect underground pipework, plus block and beam flooring.

 2 support steels were installed for the extension and double door opening  from the kitchen to living area.

All new internal doors and architraves.

Additionally, full rear and front landscaping. A large driveway with a dropped curb has been added to enhance access and curb appeal.
