The property had the chimney stack removed and gallow brackets fitted, new window reveals and the old windows and front door replacing.
A single rear extension under permitted development to create a large open plan kitchen. This required mini piling to protect underground pipework, plus block and beam flooring.

All new internal doors and architraves.
